This vineyard is consistently one of the star performers of Sauternes and highly sought after. Truly hedonistic, this wine is rich, sweet, yet refreshing, high in alcohol and packed with flavours of dried fruits, fresh melon and mango. The aroma is of grapes, dried peaches and apricots, almonds, angelica and with hints of spice. Serve well chilled with desserts, blue cheeses, or just on its own.
