A dry white, which has body and fresh, tart herbaceous flavours from the Sauvignon grape; softer, rounder, tropical fruit flavours from the Sémillon and mouthwatering grapey flavours from the Muscadelle. Six months maturation in oak casks gives this wine extra body and depth, making it a good wine with food.
